You may return the Product(s) to our please read the return policy
on site and below:
» If you find a fault with such Product(s)
within “reasonable time” 3 days after receiving the
package. After delivery provided that we are able to confirm the
fault (and in some circumstances, Products may be returned by us
to their manufacturer to make such confirmation).
» 9.1.2 for any reason other than as set
out in 9.1.1 above, in its original packaging, unopened and unmarked,
and returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of your Order/Purchase
being dispatched. We can only accept returns for the full quantity
of products originally dispatched.
» You must complete the Returns section
on the reverse of your Delivery Note, giving a reason for the return.
This is important to avoid delay in receiving your refund.
» 9.1.3 We regret we can only refund return
postage costs if the return is clearly because of an error by us
or if we decide the product is faulty. This does not affect your
statutory consumer rights.
» Please note items are your responsibility
until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that
you send the item via recorded delivery unless the item is worth
more than £32 then and only then send them via special delivery
with the appropriate cover.
» 9.2 We will credit your account once the
Product(s) has been received by us and has been checked to ensure
that the returns policy has been correctly adhered to. Please note
that Products can also be returned from the point of purchase.
